Health Systems

If you are not eligible for services through your community mental health agency, you can also connect with resources through the local health systems.

Local Health Systems
Most commonly, accessing mental and behavioral health services can be done by discussing your needs and concerns with your primary care provider. If you do not have a primary care provider, you can call any local health system to be connected with a family practice provider. Click here to check out a list of local health systems to find a Primary Care Provider.

Specifically, the following health systems have available services for mental and behavioral health or can connect you to these services:

Regional Health Systems
These larger health systems have further services and may be a place in which you might be referred for additional or more specialized care:

Larger Medical Centers
You can also check out mental and behavioral health offerings at larger medical centers listed on the Health Facilities list. To view the list please click here.

Employer/School-Based Offerings
You may also want to check with your university, school, or employer to see if they offer mental health services to employees or students such as Employee Assistance Programs or student mental health services.

Telehealth
Another option is to check with your insurance plan to see if they offer any telehealth services.
